PDCA Scholarship

Each year the Port Dickinson Community Association awards three (3) $200.00 scholarships to deserving High School Seniors who are active in our community, have participated in the Port Dickson Community Association, and are graduating from Chenango Valley High School.

The following are necessary qualifications:

The candidate must be a graduating senior at Chenango Valley High School
The candidate must be planning to attend college or vocational school
The candidate must be a resident of the Village of Port Dickinson or the Town of Kirkwood
The candidate must demonstrate through their resume, or statement, their contribution to the community

To be considered for the award the candidate must submit a resume or statement including:

Work experience, volunteer experience, school activities, awards and/or commendations. He or she must also submit one letter of recommendation, and a cover letter regarding contributions to the community, future goals, and how past experiences and education have influenced those goals.

All applications should be submitted to the Chenango Valley High School Guidance.

2020 scholarship applications are due April 1, 2020
